Nudge Education is a national intervention service for children that are chronically disengaged from education.
We are hopeful that the tailored and bespoke interventions that we design and deliver will help to re-engage thousands of children across the country in the coming years.
To do this we need a flexible, motivated and dynamic network of Practitioners, and underpinning this network is the vital role that our recruitment and onboarding team play at Nudge Education HQ.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Team Lead.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to effectively source, screen, and hire top talent for Nudge. You will play a key role in driving the recruitment strategy, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds recruitment targets and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to drive performance and achieve recruitment objectives
Execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Nudge Regional and Departmental Hiring Managers and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions
Utilise recruitment tools and technology to optimise the recruitment process and improve efficiency
Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and professional development opportunities
Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
Qualified to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a focus on motivating and developing team members
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools

Starting salary:
£29,000.00 per annum.
